Once again, a popular hometown, home-grown restaurant that has made a mark for itself. This is the Burrito King, located at 1620 Avenue Q, and they serve many items besides burritos. It always seems to be busy for a good reason. The food is fantastic, and the people are very friendly. There always seems to be a lot of pride in these types of restaurants, as there is here. But this one is a little different. Except for the boss, everyone working here is female. That works out well in the relatively small kitchen, where the action is more like a ballet. While I photographed the kitchen, I felt like a clumsy bull, but everyone managed to dance around me. Once again, it was a fun shoot of a place that I can highly recommend.
