Today, many real estate transactions occur from a distance, sometimes even sight unseen. More than ever, a comprehensive visual property presentation with photographs and video is more important than ever for all parties involved.

We work for both buyers and sellers, as well as inspectors. We are not inspectors, but we will work with your inspector to visually document their findings.

For sellers, we offer a presentation of the property from any angle, mixing still and video photography together through professional editing and graphics. For the buyer, working with the inspector, we can provide a detailed overview of the property inside and out, from the ground to the roof, using a variety of photographic tools. However, we do not provide an analysis as that is the function of the inspector. And while we always recommend using a licensed home inspector, many astute homeowners will be able to discern issues such as hail damage and rotted wood.

It's important to understand that Real Estate Photography is a demanding art, requiring specific experience for a final product that entices the eye. There are many guidelines for proper architectural photography. Many of these guidelines are very useful in other photographic disciplines such as portrait or product photos.

We can also enhance both photography and video to show prospective buyers what MIGHT be, adding trees, gardens, and other elements with before and after graphics.
